Famously called the Inside Passage, the west coast of Canada and Alaska offer some of the most dramatic natural wonders anywhere in the world, with snow-capped mountains, forests, waterfalls and glaciers tumbling down to the sea. The area is also a haven for wildlife: orcas and dolphins swim close to the boats; bears and Sitka black-tailed deer can be seen on the forested shore and sure-footed mountain goats negotiate high granite cliffs. You can choose to journey on a variety of intimate InnerSea Discoveries ships which have every comfort and facility imaginable, and can get closer to shore offering a more personalised experience. Cruises can be one way or round trips.
